Grading Of Rural And Semi-Rural Roads

One of the first interventions on assuming office was the grading of rural roads across the constituency. Road infrastructure decides whether a market opens, whether a child reaches school in the rainy season, and whether a trader can move goods at all.

Seven roads were graded within the first six months.

Grading alone does not survive a rainy season. The work moved on to the construction of strategic road networks linking communities to commercial centres, built with dual drainage systems to carry water away and protect the surface, high quality stone base foundations, and thick asphalt surfacing able to take heavy usage.

The road that connects the Ugwuaji and Obeagu communities, built to a standard width with a dual drainage system on both sides. Phase One is complete and the second phase, from Ndafuafa Ugwuaji to Obeagu, was flagged off on 18 August 2026.

Solar Street Lighting

All-In-One Solar Street Lights Across The Constituency

Within three years, all-in-one solar street lights have been installed across five communities and fifty-two streets and areas of Enugu North and Enugu South. They run independent of the grid, which is the only reason they stay on.

Light changes what a street is after dark. Markets close later, artisans work longer, and the roads that were avoided at night are used again.

The Record Is The Manifesto

Three years of representation stand on this website: the bills, the roads, the classrooms, the laboratories, the scholarships and the training. Constituents are asked to judge the work that has already been done.
